As a project planner for the aviation group, Jacklyn’s experience has included a range of projects – Airport Master Plans, Environmental Assessments, environmental permitting, easement acquisitions, and obstruction analyses, among others. Many of these tasks require coordination with the public, so the ability to communicate complicated processes to non-technical people has become a critical aspect of her role – one she quite enjoys. Projects tend to go smoothly when you take the time to listen and allow everyone’s voice to be heard.
What is your favorite part of your job?
Whether it’s my direct team in the Aviation Group, individuals in our corporate or satellite offices, or our clients, my favorite part of my job is the people I work with. When you are surrounded by supportive, talented, professional teammates, it makes work life so enjoyable. You can’t put a price on being part of a team you know has your back and is willing to do whatever it takes to help accomplish shared goals.
